working principle

Before compacting, the vibration amplitude and vibration time must be selected. The selected language, amplitude and vibration time are stored.
During compaction, the set and actual values ​​for the vibration time as well as the vibration amplitude are displayed. In the service menu, acceleration and frequency indications are available.
Daily operations are performed by START / STOP. The molds are filled during the operation of the equipment. The amplitude change due to the increase in material weight is compensated by the controller and kept constant at the set value. After the selected time has elapsed, the compression process will stop automatically.
